The model favored NCSU to win, and the call landed.

NC State's got this one favored at 82 percent, and it starts with the Wolfpack having a significant edge in offensive efficiency over their last five games. The Vegas line's got them at 13 and a half, and when you combine that with what the betting markets are telling us, the model's pointing pretty clearly to a home win here. App State's got a couple things working against them tonight, though they're not completely out of it at 18 percent. It's a matchup where the Wolfpack should control the line of scrimmage and dictate pace.
